SB14 HFA Moye 3-12 [Amendment to SB14 HFIN AM 3-10 #1]

            Delegate Moye moves to amend the amendment on page 60, Section 15, line 13, by inserting a new subsection, designated subsection (a), to read as follows:

            “(a) A Charter school shall provide transportation services to any enrolled student living in the attendance area of the school who requests transportation services, consistent with the transportation policy of the county wherein the school is located.”;

            And,

            By re-lettering the subsequent subsections.
